My passion has always been cooking amazing wild food for my restaurant guests. 15 years ago I started managing wild deer over small areas of land. All the deer I harvested went to my restaurants and were consumed nose to tail. Nothing has changed except that we now
manage deer on 40,000 acres in Oxfordshire, Berkshireand Gloucestershire.
With such a great asset, I decided in 2018 that it would be great to share such a beautiful meat with restaurants other than my own.
And now we have Owl Barn Larder, our fully FSA accredited Deer processing larder, here in the Cotswolds.
We deliver in the local area and into some of London's top restaurants.

We charge £7.50 per kilo and you should get 60 portions + from a c30kg Fallow Deer Carcass or 20 portions form a c10kg Muntjac. We can show you how to butcher it and if you would like the whole experience, you can come and we'll take you out to stalk your own.
